"We had family coming in 2 weeks after we signed on with Fresh Coat. They went above and beyond to make sure the project was done before family came in. We had 9 rooms popcorn ceilings removed, all of the trim painted, and every room in the house painted. We also had them stain our decks. We could not be happier. They did not hesitate to fix any small things we pointed out. (paint touch up, etc.) They have that as part of their service regardless, but they pointed out and fixed little spots we didn't even notice. The team was very professional and courteous. "Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"Scott and his crewmen where hard working young man. They got rid off my disgusting popcorn ceiling in a hallway, stairway, living room and kitchen, they painted the ceilings and walls in 3 days. They also installed our new light fixtures. They where on time and with great positive attitude, I will definitely hire them again to removed popcorn from my bedrooms and bathrooms when I am ready for it. Thank you guys."

"Mike was very professional from the first phone call. He came that evening when he said he would to give us a estimate.
We originally called for a estimate on staining our fence front and back and after talking with Mike we also asked him to pressure wash the house. He came when he said he would and did everything we asked, he even went the extra mile and stained our yard swing the same color as the fence.
We were so happy with the job he did on the fence we then asked him to stain our deck, we had tried to stain it on our own last year and had really made a mess. He had to work really hard to get the stain off but he did a great job and our deck looks so good.
It was a pleasure to work with Mike and we are very pleased with the work he did and will definitely use him again. He is prompt and does a high quality job. Our fence and deck look great and we have received compliments from friends and neighbors, we highly recommend him.
