Ethan was extremely friendly and explained every step as to what he was doing. I called yesterday and they were able to get me in today. Ethan was on time and was able to finish before I had to leave for my appointment. Very happy with the results and he left the area nice and neat.

They did a great job. They scheduled and completed project within a week. Ryan was extremely responsive and even came back after to tidy up and make sure everything was perfect. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure it was done right and everything looked the way it should. Great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal. Shiy and Daniel were professional and passionate about their profession. The talked to me as a person not using a lot of jargon, really made me feel important. They were both personable and down to earth. They explained the cause the fix and the cost. They also explained and offered further services to ensure this problem did not happen in the future.

We asked him if we needed to get approval from our HOA, and he said no. Cindy wrote him a $5,000 check as a deposit. Today, he calls and says that we need to get approval from our HOA. Upon contacting our HOA, they told her a lot of things that had to be done that would cost a lot of money, so she canceled the contract. Then he told her she needed to send him more money that they had already gotten a permit. She told him that she asked him if she needed to get approval from the HOA, yesterday, and he said no. I don't understand how this company works, so I told her to call the bank and stop payment on the check. I just don't understand all this double talk. Thanks for following up with us.
