While my job request may have been small in comparison to others he has taken on, I was still made to feel like a priority and that my request mattered. He and his crew just so happened to be in my area completing another job that afternoon and he went out of his way to not only come physically look at my job to give me an accurate estimate but he was also able to complete the removal!! I felt like a valued customer from the very beginning which is HUGE in my book!
