"From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!"

"Wonderful job !! My review is on the yearly crawl space maintenance and inspection. Thank you Caden Dyson for being so professional and a nice person. He takes pictures and sends to you so you can see how it still looks. Last year and this year he found a leak under the house, soooo glad he found it, I joke about having him come back every 6 months to check for leaks,Ha. Thank you Caden Dyson and everyone I've talked to in the office. Brenda M"

"Every year, the technicians show up in time for my annual inspection. They inspect my crawl space and give me a detailed report with pictures explaining everything in detail. They adjusted my dehumidifier, cleaned the filter and replaced the batteries in both units. I would highly recommend Bay Crawl Space for all your needs."

"Jason is the owner and he does a fantastic job. They removed my old gutter covers and cleaned out my gutters. I love my new gutter covers they do a fantastic job of keeping the pine needles out of my gutters. When I asked Jason for a recommendation he was very honest in his reply. I highly recommend this company."

"Jeremy was so great. He didnâ t rush and stayed here for several hours. He did a complete home inspection. I have a log home and it needs an entire wall braced. Iâ ve had several contractors out to give an estimate and they all say his report was very detailed and gave step by step on how to do the repairs which is a tremendous help to them. You will definitely be impressed with Jeremy and his expertise."

"The work done by this company was absolutely amazing. We called. They were there within 20 minutes. They were hooking up machines and getting the damage dried out as fast as possible. This was an insurance claim however their first priority was making sure that the wetness and mildew and mold that had already started to grow in our home after just a few days Was rectified as fast as possible to make it safe for me and my family. The crew was great the work professional, and through our long process of waiting on our claims check which our mortgage company held. They helped us through trying to get those funds released all well still not being paid. Most people would be frustrated, but not these guys. They were helpful understanding ! Now let me add, they finally did get paid after months of fighting . I would never use or recommend anybody else they have customers for life I just hope we never need the services! 😆 lol"

"Want to go on record to say that service was excellent from initial contact and a thorough timely evaluation and appraisal with supporting documentation. I found the work to be very professional and was done in an expedient fashion. Company was very transparent in pricing and I found their actual pricepoint to be more than fair for the final rendered report. That said, I would gladly use this company again if I had the need."
