"The plumber did a great job and was detailed and thorough in his explanation of what needed and ultimately got done."

"Palmetto bath and home did a fantastic job installing four new windows for me at my house! They were a pleasure to deal with from the salesperson to the management people. Thomas who installed my windows did a fantastic top-notch job! It was all done in an affordable price. I could not be happier with my window installation!Thank you very much to Palmetto Bath and Home!"

"Dan G & Billy B were our installers. They completed removed the old UGLY shower and replaced it with a gorgeous new shower all in one day. It's not a cheap project but the price was fair for the amount of work and the amazing results. It's now a beautiful shower that completely updates the entire master bath. I couldn't be happier with both the work and the customer service. I would highly recommend them."

"The salesman, Seth Brown, took his time explaining everything to us. Continually answered the many questions we had - some questions multiple times. He walked us through everything that would be done. He showed us multiple options which could work and how we could do the work in stages. He helped us prioritize what should be done first, second and so on. When it came to financing - letâ s face it - these repairs are not inexpensive - he helped us with the ins and outs of the financing getting us the best deal possible. The warranty offered transferred to the new owners when we eventually sold our home. I would use Tarheel Basement again without any hesitation. A good quality company with integrity - something thatâ s hard to find in todayâ s environment."

"Fast, easy, affordable monthly, beautiful when finished!"

"Prompt, friendly service. Knowledgeable plumber that explained the problem and solution."

"It is my perception that their pricing was based on demographics (what you could afford) vs the actual cost of the job. That being said, they were on time and did a good job from install to cleanup."

"Josh did an excellent job of explaining the services he offered and his crew did a great job installing the perimeter drain, sump pump, and de-humidifier. Working in a crawl space is hard work, well beyond the skills and stamina of the average homeowner. SWS did the job professionally and always took the time to answer any questions I had along the way. Projects like this are not cheap, but I feel there was real value in hiring Sedona Waterproofing Solutions to do the job right."
