"The owners came out and met with my husband and I. They were highly professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and my husband and I had a lot of confidence in them as compared to others we had spoken to about the same job. Joy in the office was pleasant and informative. The roofing crew came out as scheduled and completed the work in less than the allotted time. The work was of high quality and the foreman had a ladder brought over to the area of the roof where the cricket was installed so that I could see how it improved the slope in a valley for better drainage. They did a very good job on the flashing around the chimney and also around the other three skylights (that were not replaced). The foreman and work crew were pleasant, hard working and appropriate. High quality materials were used. We have not detected any problems to date. The fellow who put on the gutter guard was short on a couple of pieces but we were not informed about this until he showed up unannounced to put them on a few days later to complete the job. The gutter guard looks great and he was very helpful when asked about paint colors for our future siding job. Chief referred us to an electrician (for the electric skylight) with whom we are satisfied to date. "
