The work that Scott has done is nothing short of amazing. He has turned part of our basement area into a gorgeous and roomy apartment. His work is skillfully done and just gorgeous. He does what he says he will do and he is truly great at turning nothing into something fabulous. He is trustworthy and has absolutely done what we contracted him to do. If you have any sort of home remodel this is the company to hire. I am truly a fussy person when it comes to remodeling projects and I am so pleased at the work Scott and his company has done for us. "All work performance and results were excellent, especially our condo remodel. We have used CT Enterprises several times over the last 10 years and continue to use them for any improvement work that arises in our home. On the condo remodel Chris had beautiful design ideas to open up the kitchen to the living space. He overcame hurdles swapping the sink from a wall to the island counter, adding electric and plumbing to fit all new appliances in our small footprint. CT painted and replaced flooring throughout, evened out the ceilings, renovated both baths and made the feeling cozy with great lighting. Great attention was paid to quality and details (even fixing the front door handle and matching wall outlet covers). We had CT enclose the balcony and added heat/AC. Thanks to the design ideas we have an indoor space that feels being outdoors with its own 'back porch' personality for our condo. We are in the thought process of moving and had Chris just do a walkthrough with us. He is spot on helping us identify what will both be value-add and cost effective, and he knows our personality to advise on style and design. "Working with Brent and Keith on our A-frame build was a great experience overall. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. The craftsmanship really shows—our home is not only beautiful, but also feels incredibly solid and built to last. The quality of materials and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The only downside was that the project took a couple of months longer than originally predicted. That said, it was absolutely worth the wait. This time, the water damage was hardly visible, but behind the facade there was considerable damage all the way to the framing. The problem, caused by improper drainage, was identified by the contractor. He used the very best materials to fix it. Most important, he came back several times to make sure what he did was working as intended. The finished job looks beautiful and I know it will last for a long time. Rick Cox is the best!"
