     I "hired" Hennessey to add ceramic tile backsplashes to 3 areas in my home (second home in the mountains). The tile had to be ordered and the delivery was 9 weeks away. I was assured that they had the job scheduled according to the expected delivery date.     As the date approached, I called to coordinate scheduling and other details. There was little follow up from their side. I drove to the house the night before to be on site. The next day no one showed up. Hennessey did not follow up to see if the workman was on the job.       Hennessey gave me the phone number of their contractor, who explained that he was broken down in Georgia. No call to me to let me know ahead of time. Hennessey did offer to help me find another contractor.     I hired a different contractor to do the work being totally dissatisfied with the professionalism and follow up of Hennessey."

I thought their performance was excellent. They were very responsive. They came out and measured. They did a good job. They seemed to be very honest with me. I would use them in the future if I had floors to install."
