He was very professional and let me know what to expect. I just moved in and had set in pet stains. They came completely out and he said a shadow of the stains may surface and what to do if they do.

This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever hired. Everything was perfect.

Provided us with expert advice on the best way to clean a 100% wool rug. Since we are still in transition he offered to take it to his shop, clean it, and store it for us until we return in about a month. Clearly a step over and beyond what a typical carpet cleaning service would do. And by the way, our carpets look new again! Will definite be our "go to" carpet cleaner!!!
