Had my carpets and couches cleaned. Wonderful customer service and quickly got me in. I have a puppy that I thought ruined my carpet but now it looks brand new! I couldn't recommend this company more. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Excellent! Service was professional from beginning to end. Careful with furniture and the moving of cleaning equipment throughout my home. Baseboards and ceiling fans were immaculate in each room. The cleaner was respectful and respected my space as I was present due to working from home. Well worth the cost. I will definitely be using them again.

Very good. Professional and quick. I was very happy with the quality of work done and how thorough he was.

We were not too happy with the use of a shop vacuum to clean the carpets. We ended up re-vacuuming them. We think he should have moved some of the smaller pieces of furniture rather than vacuuming/sweeping around them. He didn’t clean any fans or blinds. Before he started we did point out that the shower doors needed special attention and he did do a good job with them.

I got a deep clean on everything and it was amazing. He was on time, professional, and cleaned everything thoroughly. Would hire again.

I was terribly disappointed. Instead of the thorough move-in cleaning I ordered, this is what I got: It seemed that the staff had NO idea what I had requested. When I asked for wiping down walls, I wasn't anticipating walking along and swiping at them with a swiffer. Twice I had to tell one employee, "no, that is not clean." He left a strip of grunge along the bottom of one bathtub that I finally stood over him and watched him scrub. Then he seemed to expect a pat on the head. The tubs themselves were left nasty. There was black grunge left also around faucets and drains in the baths and kitchen. I found old crud in bathroom AND kitchen drawers and cabinets, right down to dirty cotton swabs in one bathroom. The seals on the dishwasher and fridge, though I specifically pointed out the dishwasher seal, were left with black grunge in them, and crumbs in the fridge seals (which, incidentally, was split when I went into it later, but NOT earlier in the day). They tacked on an extra $25 for doing the windows ... which, sadly, I will be forced to do again. Mopping? Swiffer behind a spray of Bona cleaner? No, this is not in any way mopping. Baseboards and trim were not wiped down. The laundry room was left with a thick layer of dust/lint on the shelving, and cobwebs above the shelf. On top of which was the unprofessional demeanor. I got "I can't get that clean" more than once, all of which I completed later, after they left. And I was not impressed at ALL with appearance; don't be fooled by the pic on their website. These people wandered around my new home in holey socks, and unkempt clothes. I would have expected shoe covers and gloves, at the very least. So, in all, I spent $225 for a "thorough deep clean" of which, at best, I had to re-do 80% or more. I paid the bill as presented, because I am honest and I did contract for the service. I was just so disappointed. My husband and I walked around for the rest of the day just shaking our heads and wondering what they DID for all the time they were there? Oh, and one last thing .... Brillo pads were NOT made for cleaning bathroom sinks. Just sayin.

We could not have been more pleased! Not only did they outperform what needed to be done but they did it in an affordable and most unobtrusive manner. Specifically, they had a two person crew and they worked in tandem to tackle the project in the quickest and most efficient way! It could not have gone better! And we will absolutely be using them again now that the hard part is out of the way. Now we will be utilizing Firefly with monthly cleanings to maintain this level of cleanliness!

Could have been better but I feel that the first job is never 100%. It takes establishing a good line of communication so that each party knows what the expectations are. I would hire again.
