"Technician Brandon worked quickly and kept us informed about our options as he did the work. He made a special effort to order the exact toilet we requested and worked efficiently again when he did the replacement. The only area of minor concern we had was that the special order took longer than expected (expected time was 1-2 weeks; it took longer than 2 weeks), and when we called to ask the status after two weeks, the office representative was rather snippy about the fact that SHE would call US when it came in. It was not unreasonable to inquire about the status of the order after more than two weeks, and in our opinion that response was not appropriate. Aside from that, we were satisfied with the service and the price, and we would call them again."
