The complaint I have with him is that my wood floors were scratched by the bathtub as they removed it and he said that the contractor did said there could be some damages. He did come up with a solution to the largest gap, but I feel like he could have come back with another piece of tile to fix the other large scar."

They just replaced one section that was damaged, and installed covers. The didn't try to pressure me into buying more than I needed. The covers are a simple design, but successfully prevented clogging from the nearby tulip poplars. I was kind of surprised Wize sent only one guy to do the installation, but he got it done."
