We ended up paying LESS than he quoted us to replace an outdoor faucet, because the pipe was in better shape than he first thought. "First, the work was done three years ago, I was given a paper to fill out at the time of service for Angie’s list and really didn’t have time to process how. we were taken advantage of. We had just bought the house and had other people working on our house and in the midst of the chaos needed to see why we we’re not getting but a trickle of water coming through the lines. The repairman was nice enough and punctual he did about fifteen minutes of work and did not resolve the problem and then told us it was the faucet that needed to be replaced. This guy charged us 800.00 dollars and then we had to go buy a faucet another 100.00 dollars that we replaced ourselves. I call it the 1000,00 dollar faucet. I would not recommend this company they are thieves!"
