CARPET PURITY RECOVERY INC

An employee of Carpet Purity, Ben, came to our home an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, but that was fine since everything was already moved. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the state of the carpet and advised us on how to care for it after the cleaning. I will say that our one issue was that they had to use our electricity, water, and a power strip. We could not beat the quality of work and the price, so that was minor overall. Great experience and will definitely use again

They did a very good job. They were reasonably priced and we were very happy with their work. They came the day after I called them. They could not have been more prompt.

I called approximately 2 weeks in advance and made an appointment for a specific date and time. Ken arrived at the time arranged and cleaned the carpets within the time frame indicated. They were neat, courteous, left no mess and charged us the price of his original estimation. No negative surprises!

It felt like a bit of a letdown when they first arrived. Ken arrived in his minivan; his coworker arrived in his own car. They used the water from our house to fill their pump that was placed on our front porch. This was not what I was expecting, as I was used to having carpet cleaners using truck mounted equipment. However, they spent a fair bit of time cleaning, particularly areas which were soiled. Some stains (juice) came off, others (coffee/tea) remained. The carpet dried fairly quickly, unlike earlier times when we had had them steam cleaned. Somehow felt that it wasnt quite the deep-clean that we had had in the past. But, Ken is very ernest, and knows what he is doing. It seems like a startup and is likely get more professional over time. His pricing was lower than others, and he made a sincere effort to meet our needs.

Arrived on time and cleaned the carpets. Price quoted was price paid. Great job.

I called Ken up and told him our situation. He scheduled an appointment for us the next day. It went great!

Two gentle arrived and moved their equipment onto the front porch to avoid the noise inside the home. They spent well over an hour cleaning the carpet in one large bedroom, one office, and one large walk-in closet. They removed stains that had been there for several years. They were careful removing their equipment. They were professional, polite, and reasonably priced. This is not a dry cleaning process; I would advise leaving amply drying time.

Everything went as planned and scheduled. Great work, would use them again. The only down side was that the carpet took about 24 hours to dry, not the 3 hours that I was told.

Ken showed up a little on the early side (he called first) and he and Benjamin got right to work. They worked steadily for several hours, doing my livingroom, diningroom, and three bedrooms and hallway upstairs. He also did the basement. I was pleased with how the pet stains came out of the livingroom and the rest of the carpet looked and smelled fresh and clean. I also had him clean my old diningroom chairs. Many of the stains were old and didn't come out totally, but I felt that wasn't his fault. In total they were very professional and cooperative concerning any questions I had. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

The person who came to work from Carpet Purity Recovery Inc was very nice. He did extraction cleaning. He said he would treat a rug that our cat had peed on but he just odorized it which did not help much. The price was good but the quality was not.

I called Carpet Purity Recovery on Tuesday, the owner answered and was very professional. They asked me when I wanted someone to come out and I said well today but they may not be realistic...well they showed up :) Very professional, 2 man crew. I actually had planned to get new carpet put in those 2 rooms that day due to some major pet stains from my 2 golden retrievers and canceled. The crew cleaned my carpet (which is 10 years old) and I have to say it looks almost brand new. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone. They are extremely reasonable, quick, and very professional. Thank you guys.

Ken is very dedicated and professional. The furniture looks great and the price was very reasonable.

My initial phone call was returned within 2 hours, after a description of the work a price was given, the cleaning was scheduled for the next day at 4:30 pm, that evening Ken called to say they had a cancellation and would be able to come between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. I returned the call letting him know that would be fine. He arrived at 2:30 pm, with a helper, the proceeded to move furniture off the rug and complete the cleaning which took until 4pm. I was completely satisfied with the results. Ken was professional, courteous, and his assistant was also.

Ken was courteous, prompt, and worked extremely hard the entire time. Carpets look great. I would recommend him.

Work was done on three different days. He was always punctual and polite The workman was the owner of the business. It was done on three separate days. This was my decision as I wanted to see the work quality on the upholstery before committing to any further cleaning. I requested an estimate for the second phase which was acceptable and decided after this work was completed to do a final phase. He was punctual and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this concern for work quality and price.

Kim (the carpet cleaner) was very professional. He was careful and precise. The price was good. He came in and did his job and left. I would use his service again.

It went well overall. They did a good job and it was well worth it.

We spent $300 on that work and our experience was great. He was very timely, professional and did a very detailed job. We were very happy with him. I think the price was very good.

I was particularly impressed when, on his initial visit, he actually said he didn't really think the carpet needed cleaning! I showed him several spots and he tested them to be sure he could actually remove them. I was very pleased with his professionalism, and certainly didn't feel he was trying to take advantage of me just to get my money.

I am so impressed! Ken is super nice and is so professional! He came to my home and examined my carpets to see what type of stains I had and the amount of work that would be needed. He gave me a very reasonable quote and made arrangements to do the work that following Saturday. He not only cleaned my carpets, he got out paint stains! My carpet looked like new afterwards, you cant ask for anything better than that!
