"I called a total of 3 roofers to provide an initial consultation and quote. One did not return my call. The other did not show up as promised but called later to ask to come the following week. In the meantime, Hargrove had showed up as promised. After speaking with him and deciding his quote was acceptable, I informed the other roofer that I had chosen to go with someone else. On the day the repairs were scheduled to be made, Hargrove arrived as promised, bringing with him the sample of a shingle we had discussed during his first visit to consider when I'm ready to replace the roof (it is 22 years old). He had one assistant with him, and they finished all the repairs within two hours. I was impressed with Hargrove's punctuality, professionalism, and follow-through. He told me to call if the leaks continued, but so far they have not recurred. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs roofing help.

"Excellent quality work. Workers skilled in proper flashings, wraps, and materials for protecting buildings in the brutal Outer Banks weather environment. They take great care to get everything right while taking care to avoid damaging adjacent areas not involved in repair. They fixed rot around 7 large east facing windows; removing and reinstalling them, installing new and proper wrapping around them and flashing over top of the upper ones. Finally new trim around them replacing rotted trim and new Hardee siding and painting all to match. Excellent job. I'd recommend them highly. They prefer to work by the hour rather than fixed price and that makes great sense when the extent of damage to structures is unknown until outer layers are removed. They work very efficiently with good work crew and proper management that is attentive to working fast and thoroughly. The work site is neat and doesn't detract from adjacent beach properties. All in All I give them an A+! We'll be using them again."
"Kent and his crew did a good job for us. Kent is very knowledgeable and makes sure the work that is done is of excellent quality. They replaced interior and exterior doors, all windows, wood siding and installed PVC trim. They also installed LVP throughout the home, painted almost the entire interior and exterior of the house. They also did complete bathroom remodeling, including building a new tiled stand-up shower with a built-in niche and bench. In addition, Kent's team installed an entirely new kitchen including appliances. They also did pressure washing of the deck and replaced some fence boards around the pool. All of the work they did was good quality, I would recommend Kent and his crew for any projects that you would like to have done."
