All were prompt, friendly and professional In 2015 hole in our neighbor's roof (we own a townhouse) listening water to our house. They came out and perform mold and water damage remediation however they could not complete the work until our neighbor fix the roof which was several months later. Emergency restoration services was very understanding of that, left us one of their fans that we could use because every time water would come in. This went on for two or three months before we were able to complete the work. ERS took no issue with this odd situation and helped us. We highly recommend them"
"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

They replaced interior and exterior doors, all windows, wood siding and installed PVC trim. They also installed LVP throughout the home, painted almost the entire interior and exterior of the house. They also did complete bathroom remodeling, including building a new tiled stand-up shower with a built-in niche and bench. In addition, Kent's team installed an entirely new kitchen including appliances. They also did pressure washing of the deck and replaced some fence boards around the pool.
