The installer for Closets by Design while installing the kitchen pantry tip in screw for fall protection on top of the pantry hit the sewer pipe that caused sewage water to leak near our food containers and caused Mold all around the walls and Insulation with sewage water leaking around it. The pictures show all the damage done to our home our walls by the Gross Negligence of Closets by Design Installers. The Installer DID NOT have or used any STUD Finder or any other tools to avoid hitting the sewer pipe during the installation thus clearly showing that Closets by Design does NOT care about the destroying customers homes or have the skilled or professional installers or they provide the, with needed tools or compensation to do a professional installation. They rush through jobs and these mistakes are made and customers like us are left to suffer it’s Mold inside our home as a direct result of their negligence. We are specialists in retro fit sink replacements. We also do a lot of re purposing of existing solid surface countertops. Corian, Formica Solid Surfacing, Wilsonart Gibraltar and Livingstone Solid Surface, Avonite, Hi macs and more. We do not repair concrete, laminate, tile, cultured marble or stainless steel countertops. Our minimum job charge is $400.00. Small jobs such as cutting a countertop to shorten in length, caulk replacement only, would fit into this minimum category.

A very nice guy come out with samples of their floors and when he gave me a price I was astonished. It took these guys 2 days they were right on time both days and never slowed down till it was done. Carried off all the trash cleaned up the rooms and bathrooms before they left. They were so professional and very nice kept me up on all they were doing now my old house that was builded in the 70s looks very modern. Thank You for making a lady of 83 very happy "
