"Mold in our Home: Blatant negligence by Closets by Design Installer. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT MOLD IN YOUR HOME ! The installer for Closets by Design while installing the kitchen pantry tip in screw for fall protection on top of the pantry hit the sewer pipe that caused sewage water to leak near our food containers and caused Mold all around the walls and Insulation with sewage water leaking around it. The pictures show all the damage done to our home our walls by the Gross Negligence of Closets by Design Installers. The Installer DID NOT have or used any STUD Finder or any other tools to avoid hitting the sewer pipe during the installation thus clearly showing that Closets by Design does NOT care about the destroying customers homes or have the skilled or professional installers or they provide the, with needed tools or compensation to do a professional installation. They rush through jobs and these mistakes are made and customers like us are left to suffer it’s Mold inside our home as a direct result of their negligence. See the pictures for all the damage and Mold caused by Closets by Design and absolutely do not hire these crooks who pretend to be experts in Closets design and Installation while all they do is destroy customers homes and their health with Mold in their homes and walls by hitting their “Sewer pipes “. Think about this dirty sewage water was near our food storage and within 6 feet of our stove in the kitchen. Closets by Design doesn’t care about it and it would happen to you because their installers do not have the tools or the expertise and do not care if they pierce your pipe and flood the walls and home or in our case the sewer pipe and cause mold in our home. We learned our lesson the hard way but I want others to be aware as we are the cautionary tale for the greed and neglect of Closets by Design who employ sub standard installers who do not have the right tools or expertise and what happened to us and as you can see from the pictures is a living proof of the same !!"

After going to the showroom to pick out our slab, JM suggested a different slab that was more economical and that we actually liked better. "Young Man did not have tool knowledge or quality mind set to build or repair Deck. Floor joints not butted together on floor joist. Miter joints did not match. Cut with a saws all ( not a miter saw ) step stringers screw to old steps stringers. A lot of areas not square or plumb. Deck post mounted with wood screws ( not bolts ). I am going to have to do and pay for some one to replace and repair job. Young man was very pleasant and showed up and worked. Material knowledge and quality not satisfactory for building Decks."
