Most problems can be solved with a a regular service, which includes cleaning out the firebox, clearing the pilot and burner of debris with forced air, removing corrosion from the pilot and thermopile, changing batteries and turning on the pilot light. I received a 4 hour window, they called when on the way and it really worked out great."
