I have worked with many companies in this space. Nexus is my preferred choice for both professionalism and value. Fireplace repair is a dying art and finding someone who knows how to do it, and do it without charging an arm and a leg, is growing more and more difficult. Note: I do not review people/companies very often, but i want to make sure that Nexus continues to get the exposure they deserve and i hope this will move someone who is shopping for services to give them a call. They are My A Team, and i do not have a back-up for this service cause i have never needed it. Keep up the great work!

I needed a chimney cap to keep critters out. He found that the flu was too short did not meet code and the concrete top of the chimney was cracked and allowing water to infiltrate the masonry causing black stain around the top. He took pictures and thoroughly explained the problem and what needed to be done to correct it. A fair price was quoted and a return trip was scheduled. He arrived on time and the repair and cap installation were completed. Again pictures were provided. Very professional job and lifetime warranty. No complaints at all. Definitely 5 stars.

The guys were on time and courteous. They cleaned my chimney of all debris and installed a screen to stop leaves and animals from entering. They did a great job explaining the current situation with my existing system, as well as advice to make the system more efficient.

The customer service was fantastic; very easy to schedule the service, office manager and technician were very courteous and easy to work with. The inspection was very thorough. Unfortunately, the cost of repairs exceed our budget (at this time).
