"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

So I asked them about flooring, ultimately purchasing a floating laminate to put over the ugly tiled floor. We repeated the flooring in the other bathroom. "Sean at Rapt Homes came to my rescue after I purchased cabinets from Lowe’s and couldn’t find anyone that would set them to the floor and install them. Had I found him earlier I could have saved money by having him build my kitchen island. He did help me return some very expensive corbels to Lowe’s and even after paying them a restocking fee Sean saved me a lot of money by furnishing quality corbels at a much lower price and even found me a better price than Lowe’s on a granite countertop. Sean also re-designed the sloppy Lowe’s island layout to make my kitchen much more user friendly and efficient and dressed the island up with trim and a pullout trash and recycle bin not provided by Lowe’s and all at a better price. I also had him build cabinets for my laundry room and am very happy with the results, giving me much better storage options for laundry detergent and other laundry goods. Sean was professional, easy to work with and his cabinet skills are exceptional."

"We had Champion install windows and a door on our previously screened in only patio. Overall we're pretty satisfied with the job. They showed up as scheduled and were finished in one day, except for the door. It came with the hinge on the wrong side. It was immediately reordered but, because it was a custom built door, it took 3 weeks to get it and get it installed. They did not ask for payment for any of the job (except for the deposit we paid much earlier) until the door was installed. I think that says something about their integrity. All the installers were very friendly and pleasant. They did a thorough clean up."
