"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"crawlspace needed structural repairs to my wood framing and piers, an internal french drainage system to stop water intrusion, as well as installation of a 10mil floor liner to help keep moisture levels down. FD was EXTREMELY professional from my initial call and on-site appointment, to the guys doing the installation. I was kept informed throughout the entire process so there were no surprises. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We initially called Mr Hargrove in August for an estimate on painting of the exterior trim, gutters, and around windows and doors, etc. on our two story brick house.  We were very impressed with his punctual call return and his punctual arrival for an estimate.  We needed the house pressure washed and scraped all around as the house had been neglected by the previous owners and needed serious work.  We liked his plan and his estimate and we decided on the spot to hire him and his company as there were many other things that were also going to be needed and we thought "this was our guy for anything that we need"  His crew showed up on the date and time specified and went to work immediately washing and scraping the exterior of the house.  They also had to remove all the storm windows for proper scraping and painting.  It was pretty hot, but his guys showed up every day and did a fantastic job.  We were and still are VERY impressed with the job they did and would hire them again in a minute!  During one particular nasty rain storm we noticed a serious leak in a couple of rooms and told James about it and he went right up on the roof and found where it had leaked and within the next few days, he had put on a new roof on that part of the house and it has not leaked since!  And the new shutters they installed look great!!  We have also had two of our neighbors stop by commenting on how good our house looks and wanted to know who did it and we happily gave them his number!  We are new to this area and we feel very fortunate to have found James Hargrove and his home improvement company and definitely plan on using them again!!
