"I was very pleased with this project and how it was managed.  Justin was attentive to what we wanted and we quickly established a baseline for what we wanted done. We had seen tile and sink products that we liked and it was decided the next step would be to meet at the tile store with his designer Diana. We had a great meeting there and made all the decisions about tile, sinks and also established what cabinet would work well with our choices.
A date was set for several weeks out to begin the work. Just prior to the work start Diana came out with Daniil who would be managing the project throughout it's duration. A professional review of all work to be done was performed and work was to start 2 days later. Daniil arrived promptly on time and had the demolition phase completed that same day. Work progressed very predictably and Daniil and his assistant Andre arrived each day at the agreed upon times. The work was professionally done and exactly to our satisfaction. Start to finish the project took the anticipated 3 weeks. The only outstanding issue at that point was the shower glass which was to arrive in 10 days (custom glass shower doors do require tempering to make them safe), if we had opted for a standard show glass assembly I am certain the  project would  have been done in the 3 week time frame.
I would certainly use them again if I decide to upgrade our upstairs bathroom.

The towel bar fell off the wall after the crew left. Several screws were missing so it couldnâ t possibly have been re-installed properly. 3. My adjoining bedroom was totally covered in cement dust. What a mess! All the bedding had to be laundered and the entire room cleaned from top to bottom."
