They gutted the bathrooms down to the studs, reconfigured the layout and rebuilt them back in a timely matter. John and Bree did all the work themselves. Demo, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting and tile work all done by just the two of them. It was amazing to watch them work. The speed, quality and detail of their work was superb. They were great at keeping us up to date on the progress of the jobs. They also kept the power and water disruptions down to a minimum, always giving us plenty of notice when they were going to shut them off. They took time to answer all our questions. We were also very pleased with the price they gave us on the jobs. We believe their caring and commitment to doing the best job possible made this a great experience for us. "Geek Construction we’re terrific. In the aftermath of Helene, we feared it would be quite a while before our roof got repaired, but met with Carol and Mitch, who assured us they had several great teams out fixing all kinds of damage. There were some tricky aspects, as we live on a steep slope, and some wood support beams were bent by the tree strike. Cam was our team’s leader and he was great, explained everything they were doing, and the repair is so good that you can’t tell the roof was ever damaged. Great communication from the start, coordinated with our insurance, did fantastic work, and easy billing. Five 🤩"

"Wonderful! Tomas and Jose are VERY hard workers, very reliable, very thorough, very reasonable priced, and know their stuff! We had looked at the reviews on Angies List as well as from a neighbor., all excellent, and well deserved. We started out getting a quote both decks and pressure washing the house. Tomas responded quickly. We gave him the go ahead but not to start for several weeks, since my husband wanted to do some deck repairs himself, first and we also let him know that after that our timing was flexible, since we are both retired. He checked in with us several times to see how the progress was going on our side, which took us longer than expected, and once we had the repairs done, he and his team came out very promptly to do the pressure washing, fitting it in between other jobs. They did an excellent job both on the house and on prepping the deck. A week or so later they came out to stain the deck and, again did an excellent, and very thorough job. A freak rain cam up after they had just finished the second coat, they covered the deck, but came out 2 days later, once it was clear again, to check on it, and then did a third coat with due to the rain, but stuck to the original quote. After seeing what a great job they did, we asked for an estimate on painting the shed, a swing, and the door trim on the house. Again, a very reasonable price and an excellent job. Note that the best way to contact Tomas is via text message to his cell phone. We would use them again for any project around the house, they are very versatile. And, as I found out too late - we had hired someone else - they also do roofing."

"He is willing to take on any project and then some. My honest feeling is that his enthusiasm somewhat outpaces his expertise and experience. He is a diligent worker and stays with the project. His painting went well though speed seems to trump care and preparation (He painted over some unsanded spackle repairs). My main problem was that instead of the two painters that were advertised, it was him and what I believe was his girlfriend who was inexperienced and sometimes just watched him paint. It should have been advertised as one painter and a helper. The price though was very reasonable and the finished product was adequate. He is likable and I believe honest and trustworthy. I would use him again especially if it was a project that just needed to be knocked out."

"The Moore brothers were great. They satisfied my Home Owners' Association with a detailed proposal within an hour of inspecting the job. They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect. Three other companies bid and were not even close... in promptness, plan, OR price. I highly recommend Jon and Danny Moore."
