"I have used this company several times in the past two years to repair water leaks and install well pump filters and now a leaking kitchen water faucet. All of the men have been very timely and explanations are easy to understand"

"It was very long and honestly a waste of time. Took 3.5 hours for the rep to measure, present, and quote. We were also told that this visit would be for our whole bathroom. But they ONLY do showers and tubs. This is way too long and I lost interest after 1.5 hours. Even after telling the rep that I had another appointment to go to and didn't plan on the rep on being there over 2 hours, the rep did not take our time into consideration and kept on slowly getting paperwork done as we awkwardly just sat there wondering when the rep was going to leave. I felt like the rep didn't care about our time and the time he was taking to prepare what he needed to do. Nothing wrong with the rep, he was professional and nice, but he did not care for our time for sure. Even if I were really interested in their price, I don't think I would have used them as I lost interest for taking up 3.5 hours of our morning (when it was only supposed to be 2 hours) and continued to go on with their "sales script" like they we had all day. Also didn't appreciate the fact that the rep says there's "mold" and damage to sub floor when they haven't even tested for mold or looked under to see if there was any damage to the sub floor. Also they present you a price and if you don't commit right away, then they try to give you a one time discount to commit that day. The discount is not the issue, it's the fact that they tried to make you believe that the discount is from the company having to call someone back out to the house again to get another quote or to get more details. They could have come up with something better than that as they would have to come back out anyway if we hired them. Overall, even though I don't like their price they quoted, if they did this whole "sales pitch" presentation in under an hour, I would have no complaints at all, as I understand their time is valuable as well, and would not have to write this long review. But since it took so much time out of my day, I figured I'd give them a full and honest review. Thank you for your time."

"Hired for 1 of 2 water projects. Ended up not needing the more expensive project at this time. Actually received a better result on the secondary project than I had planned on. Would not hesitate calling when I need the other project done."

"He was the only one able and willing to do the job through the drywall and not cut a hole in the side of the garden bathtub. It was a difficult job with a tight small place to work within the wall. He replaced the bathroom faucets and repaired the drywall as if he was never there! Highly skilled and experienced A+"

"Once again these fine folks came to our rescue! From the office staff to the technician everyone was super helpful and nice! Called them just after they opened and they dispatched Brandon out here within approximately three hours. Brandon is a very friendly, curtious and personable person. He did a difficult job as it turned out in great time and kept my wife and me informed about the steps necessary to fix our problem. We are beyond pleased and will recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing services."

Percolation Tests questions, answered by experts

Services test for allergens, mold, VOCs, and carbon monoxide levels to ensure a healthy indoor environment.

Epoxying over asbestos tiles is generally considered a safe option when done correctly. Epoxy acts as a sealant, encapsulating the asbestos tiles and preventing the release of asbestos fibers into the air. The key is ensuring that the asbestos tiles are in good condition, firmly adhered to the substrate, and not damaged or deteriorating. This method is only appropriate for tiles that are undamaged and securely in place. If the asbestos tiles are already loose, damaged, or deteriorating, encapsulating them with epoxy may not be a sufficient solution, as it might not address the potential for ongoing asbestos exposure.

Yes. Gutting a house to the studs may actually be a good option if you believe a home contains toxic materials like asbestos, mold, or lead paint. However, this must be done under the supervision of licensed remediation experts.

When learning how to test for asbestos in a popcorn ceiling, you have an option for a DIY job or to hire a professional tester. You can purchase a kit at a hardware store and use personal protective equipment while doing the test. If you don’t want to risk any potential exposure to asbestos, hire a professional asbestos testing company instead.

While asbestos can’t be directly absorbed through the skin—the fibers are too big—skin contact can still produce symptoms. Contact dermatitis can flare up in sensitive individuals but in most cases, the danger from asbestos comes from inhaling the fibers, or dust, that is produced when asbestos is disturbed. If you touch asbestos by accident, immediately wash yourself and your clothes.
