I have also worked with owners who have wanted to build their own homes and do work on it themselves but need guidance in the planning and implementation of such a project.I will do as little or as much as the owner wishes. I do not charge for estimates. If the owner wishes me to design and draw plans fees are charged based upon what the owner wishes for me to do and develope. I will give a homeowner a price based upon what they want and work with them if their wants are over their budgets to get the most for their money. We are especially sensitive to homeowners knowing that they are living in the home when we are doing work and make sure that we use every precaution to keep the jobsite clean and safe for everyone in the family.
