"I am an out of town homeowner who arrived to find a leak had ruined my bathroom wall and ceiling, 2 weeks before my first summer renters were to arrive. John contacted me on the Saturday before Memorial day, came by and gave a fair estimate on Sunday and began and completed the work within a few days.
