Rain Dance Irrigation of Lake Norman is Charlotte's Residential Specialist, with an emphasis in the Lake Norman area. My name is Pete Bowen and I am the Pres / owner of the company. I have three major Accreditations : (1) NC Irrigation Contractor License # 1257 (2) Limited Restricted Plumber License # 32672 (3) Backflow Assembly Tester Certification # RWCT0740. Simply stated, this means that I am a full line service provider. I can install and service irrigation systems and permit, install and test backflow preventer assemblies. Customer service and customer satisfaction is paramount in my business and I always strive to meet, or exceed my customer's expectations. I have a unique process for installation, which is noninvasive and causes little damage to your existing lawn. I take great pride in my work and strive to provide high quality for both new installation & service work and water conservation is a key driver in design installation, to save my customers money.

"If I could give zero starts I would. We had this company come out and make a path down the side of our home and boarder around our back patio. Within two weeks the path was washed out. They charged us to fix it (what company does that?) and it washed out again. We have tried calling several times and they are not returning our calls. Over $8,000 for a dangerous MESS."

"This company employees did a great job but I had a little temporary difficult with the owner on finishing the porch , he kept postponing the finishing of the job , finally I had to be a little bit rude and he send two workers to finish the job , my recommendation is to pay half up front and the balance when the job is really done no matter what he saids , his financial problems are not yours , make sure he knows that from the beginning and keep your foot down , he will tell you fake stories to get paid before job is done , will I get him to do my other project , I don't know yet , hopefully I helped on sharing my experience , good luck "
