Cohen did an excellent job replacing our front yard sod and re-seeding the side/back yard. He had to re-grade our front yard to fix some issues that our builder created and did a great job smoothing that out. He also set us up for continued success with a maintenance schedule, and has been quick to respond to any questions we had. 1 month later and our yard is the best in the neighborhood.

I have unsuccessfully tried for years to get a thick, green lawn. Early this spring, I hired Cohen, Cut N Dry Landscaping. Now my lawn is lush, healthy, and weed free. I am very pleased with the results.

Great job on my complete backyard restoration. Sand beach area, hill grading, lawn sod and rip rap stone. Timely and cost effective. Already planning to hire Cut N Dry again for more work in the future.
