This was my first experience with a dry cleaning process so I had some questions that they answered thoroughly. Miguel showed up to clean the carpets right on time. The process was relatively quick and gave great results! My carpets had not been cleaned in 5 years. We had no major stains, but they were showing signs of wear. The cleaning process brought the carpets back to life and made them look and smell fresh and clean. I plan to start having them cleaned on an annual basis, and this is the company I'll be using."

"The house was very clean, and looked great with one exception.  When we checked the house, one of the windows was laying on the floor.   We think it may not have been closed properly, and fell out during strong winds from a subsequent storm.   Jennifer fixed the window, and all is fine now.  She was very concerned about this, and we are very pleased with her quick response.   
One great thing she did was that I had given her the wrong key to the house.  She went to the owner's home a couple of miles away, and got the key at no extra charge.  She also helped us find a used stove for the house!   I really appreciate that extra effort she went to!
