"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."

Chad and another gentleman showed up prompt (if not a few minutes early), did a FANTASTIC job, and even took the time to explain everything to my husband since he was not the one who made the appointment. They did our entire house AND the large rug in approximately 2 hours.

They even filled one of our spray bottles with the enzyme cleaner and left the chemical for us to continue to treat the carpet for a few days to ensure great results.  The service was DEFINITELY worth the great price, and we plan to have them install laminate flooring in our home in the near future!

"Three technicians arrived on time, and, after a quick tour of the house, went to work immediately.  They cleaned from crown molding to baseboards and everything in between, including doors and casings, chair rail moldings, fireplace mantle and all the hanging artwork frames.  All the upholstered furniture was vacuumed, the hard surfaced pieces were damp dusted (top, front and sides), and the crew vacuumed and cleaned under everything.  They cleaned the inside of the windows and dusted all the wooden blinds.  The kitchen and bathroom floors were mopped and scrubbed, and all the bathroom fixtures were polished.  The stainless appliances in the kitchen looked brand new by the time they were finished, and the team was even able to remove many years of hard water deposits from the glass shower doors in the Master bath!
Today, 4 days later, my home still sparkles and smells fresh and clean, thanks to the deep clean service this company provided.
