Slow response to customer request

I enjoyed working with knowledgeable people. They educated me on aspects I didnâ t know and allowed me to make decisions. The fact they kept me informed throughout the process made for a pleasant experience. I have already inquired about another job for them and given several referrals.

Hired them to repair tile floor in the kitchen and replace front porch posts and railings. On time for inspection, quoted very fair price. Just had to change dates and time for the work a few times, that was the only negative thing I had with working with them. Solid and quality work overall!

After being referred by HomeAdvisor to use Jackson Quality Decks and Home Improvements, we made an appointment with them to have a staff member give us a quote. Rhonda Jackson gave me a call to confirm my appointment on the day-of. After waiting 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment, I opened my email to find their number, only to see a cancellation emailed to me 20 minutes prior to our appointment. So we rescheduled, and once more I took time off work to be home. No one called me, no one showed up, and no one emailed me. I emailed Rhonda back again to inform her that a staff member did not show up for our appointment. The response she gave me - we should seek service elsewhere and they would not be doing our estimate. Im completely unimpressed with this company and quite frankly upset that I took time off work and both times that they didnt show, they couldnt even give me a call. I wouldnt even waste your time. Awful business practice to turn away potential clients.

Very pleased with the outcome

I needed my deck expanded and called several companies to get estimates and I was unhappy with most of them. I found Jackson Quality Decks & Home Improvements through home adviser. I contacted them and I was able to get an estimate on my deck the very next day and they began work on my deck a few days later. Mitch and Rhonda provided great customer service and kept me informed of progress on a daily basis. They finished my deck quickly and they did an amazing job. After the deck was finished they talked us through the process of how to maintain it and they did a very thorough clean up of my yard. We are extremely pleased with our deck and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have deck work done.

They did a great job very professional and hard workers. They cleaned up each day and left everything very neat I was very satisfied with their work and were very reasonable with the price.
