"Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to address your concerns directly. Your fence installation fell within the agreed 4-5 week timeframe. You paid on April 25, and we completed the installation on May 23, which is less than the 4-5 week period we discussed. You were well aware of this timeline from the start. We verified the email conversations you had with the project consultant in which he stated the 4-5 week timeframe prior to you accepting and paying the deposit. We also want to clarify that we were in regular contact with you throughout the process, providing updates at least once a week from the time you made your deposit until the installation was completed. We also provided updated pricing information promptly. We strive to deliver the best service possible and appreciate your understanding. If you have any further concerns, please let us know."
