They had to get a crane since i live in a condo and part of my unit is on the roof of my condo 4 stories in the air.  Since it was already winter I was concerned that we may have to spend a night without any heat but they were done by the afternoon.  The unit works great they called the next day to see how everything was going I was very pleased with the service and the product that they installed.  I would highly recommend them if you you need service or a new unit.
