"One was successfully cleared. The second was blocked by sand for which they did not have the correct equipment (a jetting tool). Also, to clear that drain would have required digging up a line and cutting into it, since the top of the drain was too narrow (2") with too sharp a curve to follow with anything but the snake. I elected to dig up the drain rather than pay them for manual labor but haven't found it yet, so haven't had them back to complete the job."

David explained several options for addressing the failure and stabilizing the foundation over the longer term. I was impressed by his thinking and very satisfied by the work. He was able to do the work in a timely fashion during a period when he was working on quite serious road and foundation repair projects resulting from Helene damage.
