"Amazing job at an amazing price! They were able to come out and install the 14-50R receptacle for a Level 2 EV charger in my garage in under a week. Additionally, the job they did looks fantastic! I could not be happier with the work they did. Thanks a ton!!"

"Salesman, Justin, was great. Very responsive to our needs. He was the lowest of five estimates for a new system. The installer, Doyle, was also great. Very professional and all work was performed as promised. They removed my old oil burner system and central air unit and replaced it with a Trane 3 ton heat pump. Doyle made sure the mess was cleaned up and all work was done as promised in 2 days. I would call them again if I had to do it all over again.

"Jake arrived on time. We reviewed the projects and he made some good suggestions including installing a second grab bar in the master shower where we had planned on one. This allowed me to acquire the 2nd while he started on other projects. Jake worked efficiently and everything was done very well. We will certainly use Jake for future projects"

Ev Charger Installer questions, answered by experts

Hire an electrician the same way you would an employee. Ask questions and look for a good fit. Streamline the process by using these questions to ask an electrician. It's also common to ask for a quote in writing. Don’t forget to provide all the project details to ensure there are no surprises or opportunities for added fees.

Upgrading your electrical system can save you money on your monthly utility bills by powering your home more efficiently. Electrification nonprofit Rewiring America estimates that a household could save $1,800 per year on energy bills by upgrading to a modern electric heat pump, switching to a heat pump for their water, installing solar panels on the roof, and converting to an electric vehicle.

Having a Level 2 charger can increase your home value, especially as electric vehicles become more popular. Homebuyers who have EVs or are interested in getting one will appreciate the convenience of a ready-to-use charging station. The added value can vary based on location and buyer preferences.

Local electricians with experience in your area understand the local building codes, which is very important when doing new electrical work. They also have experience with the kind of electrical problems homes in your location may have, and even the components that were used in the original construction, which leads them to make faster and better decisions.

You can use outdoor electrical outlets to conveniently power landscaping equipment such as electrical lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and pressure washers. From a recreational standpoint, outdoor outlets are handy for powering electric grills, mini-fridges, and stereos. They're also helpful when it's time to string Christmas lights on your home and around your property.
