"Mark did an excellent job. He cares about his work and wants to make sure you are satisfied. While providing and estimate he took note of a gutter that needed to be replaced and gave me an excellent price. I asked about a chimney cap and he came back to do that as well. "We were definitely pleased both with the quality of the work and with the overall value we received for the project(s). Jose's crew was very pleasant to work with. The cost is the combined for both buildings. They also did some minor carpentry fixups (eg blocking squirrel holes; fastening a few loose pieces of exterior siding). The siding on the exterior of the 'outbuilding' shown in the photos is the original siding dating back to ~ 1895."
