"I would recommend Mr. Elliott highly because of his attention to detail, good arrangement with excellent subs (getting them scheduled in a timely manner) and finishing the basement project I had in a very expeditious time frame. Our basement was converted from basically wasted space, sometimes used to foster animals and was quite a mess when he started, and now it is like a beautiful apartment with a kitchenette, living room, bedroom and expanded bathroom. Couldn?t be more pleased with the result, and the cost was very reasonable. Amen."

"Jonathan Saylor was on time,respectfully knocking on my door, announcing arriving and departing. He was kind and easygoing. He kept me updated on progress. Asked my opinions, never assuming. Work was done correctly the first time and on time. Jonathan adhered to our signed contract. I’m widowed and alert to people trying to take advantage. These things are important; I had a different contractor in the Fall who failed in all aspects and made for a dismal experience.
