Since the problem was caused by the initial installation, Granite Transformation should have corrected the work under warantee. In fact, they want to charge me a service call. Since they did not stand behind their work, I would not recommend them. I had to call them back to repair plumbing problems, They failed to plug in the refrigerator completely. Beautiful job, but for &7,000 they should stand behind their work

We painted ourselves. Jim's work is great and he is a good guy. He ran into problems because our house is crazy, but he was patient until we could get someone in to deal with the problem. "Mr. Cash (Randy) was prompt on getting here. I actually got same day service when I called, he was aready working in my area. He showed me my problem, which I already knew and he left and went and got me garbage disposal and installed me and gave me some very helpful hints on dishwasher and my disposal. I felt very comfortable with him and would definately recommed him. The other handyman/plummer that I called on Craigs list said that they would call me back with estimated estimate and I have yet to hear from them. "Last year I had a tankless gas water heater installed and the vent through the roof had developed a leak.  The $49 advertized price was said to include sealing of roof vents yet when the contractor came out he quoted an additional $100 price to reseal one vent.  I questioned him on what was included in the advertized price and he claimed this sealing was not.  I reluctantly agreed based on the fact that it would cost at least $100 to have another contractor come out and do the job. 

UPDATE: At the Contractor's request and to make sure I had said nothing wrong I re-reviewed the coupon.  It says
