"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

Our business had a fairly large leak in one toilet, had a 2nd toilet that had water trickling underneath, and had a small leak in our break room sink. East Coast first of all answered the phone the first time I called. Then, they sent somebody out within hours of my call to do the diagnostics, and went ahead and fixed one toilet. They ordered the tank parts for the other toilet and the faucet that evening. The following day the came back with the new parts and installed the faucet and fixed a difficult toilet. They also responded back with an invoice and their insurance documents within the hour of my request so we have everything on file we needed per company policy. Additionally, the cost ended up being slightly less than estimated, despite some difficult plumbing work with one of the toilets. Very happy with this excellent service!"

"Chester was great to work with, very helpful keeping me on budget and on schedule. He used vendors I had used before so I knew quality of their products. I knew what I liked so that moved fairly quickly. Had to have functional bathroom for Christmas so he made sure that happened. They used drop clothes through the house during whole process.
We had a couple of hang ups . The size tile on the walls was as large as the floor tiles. The bathroom is narrow . In places tile was not as flat as I would have liked, because of the size when they are baked they have cupping. A smaller tile wouldn't have done that. Larger format looks great. The other was where electrician installed fixtures over the sinks too low for glass trim and mirrors chosen. Decided I didn't want lights any higher so mirror change was answer which Chester did on New Years day.
As a widow it was comfortable having Chester do all the scheduling ,discuss process, and answer my numerous questions. I do have a have questions about New Hanover 's shortage of inspectors!

"This company came the next day after I called them about slow drains and a garbage disposal that would throw ground garbage back into my double sinks. They snaked the drain and said the disposal wasn't piped right so that made it more likely to occur; they added another elbow to it, and it now works like it should and sounds better. They also plunged my bathroom sinks, showed me how to do it by putting my thumb over the drain hole, and they got my toilet working better by replacing the Fluidmaster and adjusting the water level. They are very professional, removing their shoes and wiping up any mess they make, which is very unusual for a plumber as any I have had in the past have always left a big mess for me to clean up. I was very pleased with their service will call them the next time I have a plumbing need, and plan to have them install a new toilet."
