"I had such a great experience with Tore'! He arrived exactly on time, took the time to listen to my problem with the plumbing, and then asked several follow-up questions. When he got to work, he was diligent and kept me updated on what was happening. Tore' got the repair done,made suggestions on how to prevent issues in the future and recommended a new garbage disposal to replace our rusty old one. Oh! And he also had a milkbone for my dog! "Out of three estimates, Albert provided the lowest bid.  They say you shouldn't judge on price alone.  But, the reviews on Angie's List were so good, I decided to go with Albert and I'm glad I did.  Albert's crew showed up on the first day promptly at 9am as he said they would.  They pressure washed the house, front stoop & steps and removed some rotted wood on the first day.  The 2nd day, they removed more wood, scraped paint, sanded and started replacing some of the wood.  It took them a total of five full days to finish the job start to finish.  They painted the house, trim, shutters and the door.  They painted the mailbox post and replaced the mailbox with one I purchased.  They painted the back porch post and rails, stained the porch floor and steps and then re-screened the porch. 
They did a fantastic job.  I couldn't be more pleased.  The house looks wonderful.  They cleaned all of the windows once they were done.  I had a film on my front storm door which I removed.  It left an adhesive.  I went to Home Depot to purchase the necessary supplies to clean off the adhesive.  However, after they painted my door I came downstairs (I work at home) and my storm door was spic and span clean.  They had removed all of the adhesive for me.  The crew was very polite and professional.  After the first day, they arrived at 8am each day and left at 5pm.  They put everything away at the end of each day.  When they were done with the job, they cleaned up very nicely.
The one complaint that I had which is minor is that someone smoked (either Albert's crew or family member) and would drop the cigarette butts in my yard.  There weren't many of them.  But, I found that distasteful.   Except for that, I am very pleased with Albert's Painting and would use them again.
Original review was written in March.  This is an update in May:  I called Albert to install some rails near my front stoop steps.  I had to call a few times.  Albert finally came out to take measurements and was going to call me back with a price.  I have yet to hear back from him despite my calling him again.

"We chose CrawlSpace Medic based on professionalism, reliability, reasonable cost estimate, and previous reviews on Angie’s List. Each day the crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and cleaned up at end of each day; were respectful of property, and very professional, and pleasant to work with. They kept us informed of progress, and what was being done each day. During removal of old piping, they found additional damage behind the pipes that was not visible/identified during initial inspection- were very reasonable with determining the additional cost. They replaced damaged sills, old rotted floor joists, installed permanent support girders with masonry piers, installed a 10ml plastic vapor barrier, and installed multiple foundation vents. We are very satisfied with the results. Our floors are no longer bouncy, and floors feel very sturdy- was a dramatic difference after work completed. The 10 ml plastic Vapor barrier also has prevented that old damp smell inside the house after heavy rains. Was a good experience, and reasonable cost-(initial estimate $10,400, additional work required and we added foundation vent installation was $3800); would hire again."

"Jim and his associate made two visits to my property.  The first included fixing a garbage disposal, turning on the water in the barn and providing an estimate to run new water lines to install a washing machine in the garage apartment.  This job included tying in the installed lines into my septic system.  We found Jim to be an honest man, evidenced by his candor demonstrated after conducting a simple reset and clear of the garbage disposal.  Since we just moved into the property, we are busy and did not know/research/diagnose the history of that disposal, and a man without integrity may have taken advantage of this opportunity to make a quick buck.  This is not the case with Gentile Plumbing.  He knows the value of providing fair, high quality service to his customers.  We concluded from this episode that he clearly is focused on building long term, mutually beneficial relationships, and that his business will continue to thrive and grow.  He understands that making a quick buck usually leads to losing customers when they inevitably discover that they were overcharged for unnecessary services. We appreciated this approach.  The second visit was to conduct the more complex and extensive retrofit for the washing machine.  Jim and his associate were on time, professional, courteous and respectful.  They completed the work in a timely and non-invasive manner (we had family visiting, and it did not throw off Gentile Plumbing in their focused manner in executing the job).    Jim also had to make a few adjustments as they proceeded with the job, but at no point did he try to re-cut the deal.  I would highly recommend Gentile Plumbing for anyone who needs plumbing services, as I am sure that they will receive professional work done at a reasonable price.  Well done!

Then replaced tank and installed new sand (6) bags, reassembled control mechanism and then reconnected new pvc fitting and piping to old lines..all without damaging the internal water flow system...all done within 90 mins...after 36 hrs of operating, still no leaks..."
