"A dispatcher showed up in 30 minutes after I called. Very pleasant, professional, conscientious about using booties while in the home. Was told I needed a capacitor so with the $89 diagnostic fee it was just under $400. The only disappointment was that I assumed the $89 service fee would go towards the repair cost, as this is the only HVAC, plumbing or electrical company I've used (and we own five homes as we have rentals) that don't apply the fee to the repair if you have work done. This fact would be enough for me to consider using another company next time, as it results in an almost $100 swing in price.show more
