After obtaining several quotes to address moisture issues in my crawl space, I selected Clean Air Carolinas for the job and could not be more pleased. Nathan provided me with his recommendation after inspecting my crawl space. I went back and forth with him via email with additional questions until we agreed upon an approach. I was impressed with his knowledge. His was very straight forward and he actually recommended and quoted me a less expensive option than what I ultimately decided to do which was a full encapsulation of my crawl space. In fact, Nathan came in with the lowest bid. His crew showed up the week we had agreed upon and finished the work in the promised time. After the work was completed, Nathan and I inspected the crawl space together and what a difference! The job turned out great. I could not be more pleased with my experience with the Clean Air Carolinas team and am happy to provide my recommendation.

I called Clean Air Carolinas along with 7 other companies for quotes. Nathan came out and looked at the scope of the work and sent me a quote as promised. I was impressed with his knowledge and he pointed out everything that needed to be done. All of the others saw some of the issues but not all of them. The quote was competitive, right in the middle but I chose Clean Air Carolinas because of his knowledge and communication. He worked with me on the quote to get the price a bit better. Angela communicated with me when the work was to start as they were a few weeks out. The project started the week as promised. The crew was very professional and kept all materials picked up everyday. Once complete, Angela called for a final inspection with Nathan and he showed me a few things that were done and examined the work to make sure all was done properly. I couldn't be happier. Of all the companies I got quotes from, Clean Air Carolinas was by far the most professional. I would highly recommend their services and will hire them once a year to come out and inspect my crawlspace to make sure all is working properly.

I got several estimates for this work and settled on Clean Air Carolinas, Inc. I am so glad I did, because every step along the way they were professional, punctual and did a superb job for a very reasonable cost. I even crawled under my house with the person inspecting the work to ensure it was top quality after the work was done. The boards looked brand new! It was a nasty job in a small crawl space. I couldn't be happier with this company and highly recommend them!

Nathan and his team were a joy to deal with.   After initial discussions and estimates, we had changes and throughout the whole process he never gave us any problems and they did a wonderful job.   His guys were very professional, they came on time and always left the areas better than when they arrived.    We HIGHLY recommend Clean Air Carolinas!!!!!

They took a totally messed up crawl space, that had insulation hanging and water damage, and totally revamped it into a nice clean space. They were professional and timely. I am planning to recommend them to everyone in my neighborhood. They did great work.

Nathan was extremely helpful and informative and put my mind at ease that we would identify any potential mold issue and remediate it. The team that cleaned and sanitized our air ducts did a great job. They were honest, efficient and very helpful through every step of the process. One vent was accidentally overlooked, but they came back promptly and fixed the issue with no hassle at all.

Nathan the main guy i dealt with at Clear Air Carolina was great to work with. He came out and access the situation, gave me a quote and explained in detail what they would do as well as what they couldn't do (drywall installation after treatment) and the length of time it would take when they come out to do the job. On the day of remediation, 2 other guys came with him who was actually going to do the remediation, they were nice and personable and one of them that i spoke with after the work was done was very knowledgeable about what they do and was willing to share and answer any other questions i may have had. Nathan came back by after the work for payment and inspection of the work and reassured me that if i see any more water in that area to call them and they will come back out to take a look again and see if they can pinpoiint where the water is still coming from. After a good rain, i went to the basement and there was evidence that water was still leaking in a small concentrated section so i contacted Nathan again and he came out and it looks like we may have found the location of htat leak. Nathan also gave me a suggestion of what kind and the specs of the kind of dehumifier i should look for to replace the old one in the basement which apparently stopped working causing the mildew on the doors and things that was in addition to the leak near the window since i wanted to be sure i get the right one. I would recommend Clean Air Carolina and as of today i have recommended them to a family friend. i hope i never need this type of service again but if i do i will call them again based on the price, their knowledge and professionalism and they honored Angie's List coupon/discount.

Nathan explained what they could to correct my problems.   He gave me additional options but did not do a hard sell on them.
I agreed to the price and they scheduled the work within a week.
Chris and Frank arrived on time and explained what their  plan was.  They keep me informed and completed the work on time.  They were hard workers and I appreciated how they treated my family members and my home.
I was very pleased how the entire procedure went.

Nathan, and his team:  Chris and Frank did an excellent job from start-to-finish.  The project took a couple of days longer than
projected - only because these guys are thorough.  They are very detail-oriented, which is what you want for mold remediation.  I could tell the results immediately - no more smell.  The guys kept me informed on their progress or any issues that came up.  They are definitely hard workers with no time wasted!  All of my questions were answered.  Also, got the neat experience of going on the final crawl-through.

About 6 months ago Clean Air Carolinas Inc completed mold remediation in our crawlspace.  They thoroughly removed the mold and protected our home with air cleaners during the process.  To prevent future mold growth, they sealed our crawlspace and installed a dehumidifier.  Recently they reinspected our crawlspace.  Great work and great customer service!
