I have been learning since the age of 9 about general home repairs including preventive maintenance from my father! working on his residential & later on into his commercial rental property's once in my teens. Im now 38 yrs old I have been over THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS this past 1yr 1/2 for ONE of the #1 CELLULAR PHONE COMPANY'S 16 BRICK & MORTAR BUILDINGS IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA & UPSTATE SOUTH CAROLINA part of every DECISION, or any repairs made I completed, also immediate response to emergency positive covid case disinfection, emergency repairs like flooding,main water line busted in bathrooms, roof collapse, Pressure washing, to painting parking spaces,HVAC maintenance ECT.. it has always been my dream to be self-sufficient and build a company by my dedication and hard work and I have done that. Needless to say my willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed in life like adapting,maintaining my focus,dedication, always learning staying teachable in hopes of perfecting the property management game.
