Refreshingly seamless from Day 1-no fuss, no muss...project started with a construction site safe and cleaned up everyday before leaving and stayed that way daily until project completed on time and on budget...made a couple changes ‘on the fly’ as we were converting a garage to a 4th bedroom with walkin closet and full bath. Have contracted for many successful remodels in the past that were well run, on time, on budget, and contractor lived up to his end of bargain, and this project was no different. I would use and recommend W and W Construction on any size remodel or new construction.

This company was very responsive---if I left a message, the call back was prompt, when we had questions or concerns---there were creative solutions, awesome options and a positive, professional demeanor. This was by far, the best experience we have had with a contractor! The quality of work and attention to detail was outstanding and most important to me---I felt heard! The vision we had of the finished project was respected and every effort was made to bring it to fruition. We could not be happier...

Wayne and his crew were amazing! I plan on hiring them again for phase 2 and 3 of our project. They were true professionals/craftsmen, they kept us informed of their progress - we live out of state from our vacation home. We have them total access to our home - keys/security, etc. They kept everything secure. When issues arose Wayne called and we talked through everything to reach an agreement. At times, Wayne made suggestions we hadn't thought about - we went with his suggestions and were extremely happy we did. The company is a full service organization - Great people to work with.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work that Wayne and his crew did for me. He gave me an estimate on putting tile in my bathroom. When he purchased the the tile, he found that it was on sale so he gave me a discount on the materials and also a discount on the labor because the work didn't take as long as he thought it would. The is the example of an honest man that really cares about his customers and treating them well, I will be happy to recommend him to other friends and will definitely use him again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Wayne and his crew. He gave us a fair quote and delivered as promised. The crew was courteous, pleasant, trustworthy and real craftsmen. They built the screened-in porch of our dreams. It looked like it had been there forever and with the quality of the work, we have no doubts it will be! We would ask for their services again in a heartbeat.

Wayne's team did excellent work on tiling our bathroom floor, hanging a sliding door and re-doing our screened in porch. Wayne and his team are pleasant to deal with, stick to the invoice amount, and perform the work in a timely manner. The nice thing about this company is they provide one-stop shopping since they do such a large variety of jobs.

Removed bathtub and installed walk-in tiled shower with grab bars, tile floor and toilet. Work was completed in less time than was quoted. I am extremely pleased with the final product. The highest level of craftsmanship as well as professional conduct by all. I could not be more pleased!

Wayne and his crew worked around my schedule and dealt well with winter weather challenges. They worked with me to maintain my budget. Awesome tile work in my new walk-in shower! Would definitely hire for my next project.

Wayne and his crew replaced our old deck and put a new roof on our house. We plan to have them back to replace the roof on our garage apartment in the spring. We used Trex and had a roof put over our deck and we love it. They did and excellent and very professional job.

Wayne & crew built a 20' x 16' covered porch to match the existing house. They did a magnificent job, very clean and professional. The craftsmanship and quality were above our expectations. The price was very reasonable. I would rate them a six star and above.

Dee and Ron did a complete master bedroom and bath remodel for us. The bathroom was gutted and reconfigured to include a walk in closet. The job required ceramic tile shower, floor and tub surround. They also reconfigured the lighting and installed all new lighting fixtures. Also included in the work was vanity, tub and tioilet installation, hardwood floor installation, painting, closet components and getting rid of an icky ceiling finish. Wayne, Dee and Ron were nothing short of trustworthy, hardworking and helpful. Dee even did us the favor of letting the dogs out when we had to leave for an appointment. The dogs love the guys so that is a good reference in it's self. The pricing Wayne gave us was fair and very reasonable. We definitely will be calling them for any future work we need done. The price and quality of their work makes us comfortable to have them for our contractor without shopping around.

Wayne Cochran and his workers replaced about 1600 square feet of pressure treated southern yellow pine decking with Trex Transend decking around the exterior of my mountain home. I am well pleased with both the product and the quality of the workmanship. Wayne was a pleasure to work with and I am looking forward to many years of enjoying my beautiful decks.

Remodeled entire bathroom in only 2 weeks. Was very helpful with the details of picking out tile and all the different colors that I was unsure about choosing. All for a very fair price.
