"As a new homeowner in the area, Mr Wilson, Amy and the entire team has been incredible. Not only did they do an incredible job with cleaning our rugs and furniture, they provided us with so many suggestions, tips and helpful information regarding our new area- Hardy, Moneta and all surrounding areas. I am so grateful and have never had such incredible customer service Thank you- I would recommend them for any cleaning needs and will use them every-time I need my carpet cleaned!! "It was great. They came in and took care of everything. Everything was clean. It was spotless. Nothing was out of place. They were very professional. They asked questions before they start. I would refer them to people."

"It went well. There was nothing specific I liked about the way they treated me or their service. They just cleaned the vents. There was nothing really extraordinary. The staff was friendly. They did a good job. Obviously, some of the vents, when they took them out, they took the paint off but I guess that's what happens when you have the vents removed."

"I would agree with the previous reviews regarding the lack of communication with the owner. The price was great for the value but I would caution not to pay in advance. Work- good // Customer service- Needs improvement"

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

The lifespan of a whole-house air purifier or filtration system depends on several factors, but with proper maintenance, they are built to last. A whole-house system that integrates with your home's ductwork can last 10 to 15 years, or even for the entire lifetime of your existing HVAC system. To maximize the unit's lifespan, perform regular cleanings, change filters as recommended, and schedule an annual inspection to catch potential issues early. The system's longevity also depends on its frequency of use and how hard it must work to maintain your desired air quality. For comparison, smaller, portable air filter systems typically last between five and ten years.

No, running your furnace without an air filter isn’t better than running it with a dirty filter. Even if it’s dirty, a filter will still prevent particles from blowing around your ducts and your house. However, neither of these options is good for your furnace or your health. Replace your filter once every one to three months for optimal furnace performance and air quality.

How often you change your air filter depends on your home and lifestyle. Things like how many people are in your home, pets, the season, the size of your home, the air quality where you live, and more all impact your HVAC system. The best practice is using visual indicators to determine when it needs changing by checking if light can pass through it. If you can’t see any light, it’s clogged and needs to be changed.

Washing your carbon filter can damage the fibers and make it less effective. While removing the dust from the filter gently is possible, we don’t recommend you wash and reuse the filters once they have reached the end of their lifespan.

Simple filter changes can be done DIY, but professionals should handle motor repairs, sensor issues, and airflow problems.
