"My mother and I hired him to do the roof on our house and we were extremely happy with the results.  The entire process from start to finish was simple and straight forward. Based on what we told him about the old roof, he provided recommendations on items like the roofing tiles and underlayment as he wrote out an estimate.  Everything was included so there were no surprises once the job was done.  Because of his years of experience and professional manner, we felt very comfortable with what he was telling us. He coordinated the materials delivery for the day the roof was put on, which was there before the roofing crew, so they didn?t have to wait.  They were on-time, hard-working and very professional. Mr. Bullock stayed at the house throughout the entire job, except for an occasional run to Lowe?s. We only had to move a few items from around the house. At the end of the day, we had a new roof and clean yard. You could not even tell they had been there! You cannot ask for a better roofing company!

The roofing job went very well. The crew arrived early, worked hard and stayed very late. They definitely knew what they were doing. There were some communication issues but overall it caused no problems. The finished roof looks fantastic. The cleanup after the job was good. I have found some nails but I guess it is impossible, even dragging around magnets, to retrieve the all
My only gripe is I never received an official "paid in full invoice" for my records. I have repeatedly asked for something sign/stamped but to no avail. The sent me a "warranty" but I really need a paid in full invoice for my records. I give them an A- for this reason alone.

"It went very well.  Brian & Sara kept in contact with me to ensure everything was going well, mostly by text which was great and convenient for me.  One crew did the roof and another crew did the soffit & fascia.  I have an old house so there were some areas needing unexpected attention which Brian was quick to point out and ensure it was fixed.  After the roof was complete, we had several days of rain.  At the time of the massive rain storms,  I was not living at the house but when I stopped by I seen the roof windows had leaked water onto the floor, I called Sarah and she sent someone over within an hour of my call.  The roof has not leaked since.  Both crews were professional and friendly.  Once I am able, I hope to have windows put in.  I of course plan to shop Angie's List again and have several estimates, but I have a feeling that I will be sticking with Brian & Sara.  Thank you Atlantic Coastal Enterprises.
