They listened to what we wanted and clearly reflected our priorities and constraints in their proposal, detailed design and estimate. They exemplified professionalism, attention to detail, quality of work, clear communication and delivered on schedule and on budget. The few changes were mostly due to our requests. Any variations from the original plan/estimate were transparently discussed, approved by us, and tracked, so there were no surprises in the final invoice. We did our homework. We got 2 other proposals from well-established companies and 2 independent general contractors, in addition to H2H, before selecting H2H as the best value for the money.
