The front door frame needed to be repaired as well when the threshold and new front door were installed because the spot for the lock was not secure. The guys made sure everything was safe and in good working order. The windows were special order because they had to be inserted into stonework. The company that made the windows did not make them the size specified on the order form. That meant it took longer to find a way to get them to fit into the walls, but the guys cheerfully worked out a way without us needing to wait for new windows to be produced. Our tenants have been very pleased with the improvements. We are also pleased that Handyman Xpress was able to get them installed before the new tenants needed to move in. Made the process much easier for all of us."

When he was finishing up he noticed a small leak and took care of it immediately. "He came out on sunday to install a water pressure valve. he did a great job thank you. i hope i dont run into more issues but if i do i will call you again...(one more thing he is very affordable) quick update today 8/17/20 he came out again to fix my shutoff valve that started to leack. thank you luck."

"The people were pleasant and easy to work with. The first workman could not find the major blockage but cleaned out roots. Since the line seemed to go onto a neighbor's yard which would necessitate getting permission to dig, he called his boss to investigate and come up with another plan. They communicated with my daughter at work over the phone. Eventually, they found the source of the blockage, baby wipes, close to the manhole which was still in my daughter's yard and not the neighbor's. They cleaned out the blockage and charged close to $500. They recommended two clean out valves be installed at the cost of another $400 approximately. This has not been done so far."
