However, it's hard for the professional to bid the complete job through repainting before the wallpaper is removed as they don't know what the installed used to attach the wallpaper. Understandable, bur I'd recommend getting an itemized bid with a best case scenario from wallpaper removal to wall repair afterward to painting so you can review the total cost start to finish."
