"Pump man did a great job cleaning out the tank, however, he accidentally busted the concrete dormer lid while trying to remove it. He placed a plastic trash bag over the dormer opening and then laid the busted lid on top of the plastic. My wife is furious and doesn't feel like we should have to be responsible for replacing the lid. I'll contact the office in the morning and see where we stand on this matter.
